Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide a premium shopping experience by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
- Store Operations: Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and ensure stock levels are replenished efficiently.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to ensure a seamless shift handover and support opening/closing procedures.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counts, returns, and exchanges with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a part-time basis.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to adhering to the company schedule.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move merchandise around the store.
