Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and greet patrons with a professional demeanor.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently during evening rushes.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and safe for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
