Responsibilities
- Expertly craft specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver friendly, efficient service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage POS transactions with accuracy and handle cash responsibly
- Prepare fresh pastries, sandwiches, and light food items to order
- Ensure cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend rushes to maintain flow
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transactions
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
