Responsibilities
- Prepare & serve premium coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, cold brew)
- Operate espresso machines & POS systems efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse clientele
- Maintain cleanliness & sanitation standards
- Manage cash transactions & daily inventory
- Upsell specialty items & seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with weekend team for smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Flexible availability (Saturdays & Sundays required)
- Basic cash handling & POS system knowledge
- Strong communication & customer focus
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Physical stamina for standing/standing tasks
