Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of all coffee stations and equipment
- Collaborate with team to develop seasonal menus and innovative drink creations
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure consistent quality and availability
- Train new baristas on recipes, equipment operation, and brand standards
- Support cafe operations including cash handling and POS system management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Outstanding communication skills and passion for customer engagement
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
