Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of coffee station, equipment, and seating areas
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through our POS system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Participate in ongoing training to master new recipes and brewing methods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean origins, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
- Strong attention to detail and passion for quality consistency
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
