Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine café cleanliness and organized workspace
- Operate espresso machines and POS systems efficiently
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to food safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista experience preferred
- Expertise in espresso extraction and latte art
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during busy weekend rushes
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Flexible availability (Saturdays & Sundays, 6am-3pm)
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
