Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of all workstations
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to inventory management and quality control
- Support community events and local partnerships
Qualifications
- Previous coffee shop or customer service experience preferred
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) 6 AM - 4 PM
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
