Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service to build loyalty
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations and seating areas
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays, 6am-3pm)
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques (training provided)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Bardstown Road location
