Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and espresso techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process POS transactions efficiently while handling cash and digital payments
- Collaborate with team to manage inventory and uphold quality standards
- Support weekend events and promotions with enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Uphold food safety protocols and allergen awareness procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee or premium food service
- Proficiency with espresso machines and brewing techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Food Handler Certification preferred
