Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with warm, authentic New Orleans hospitality
- Manage cash register transactions and POS system efficiently
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of cafe equipment and seating areas
- Support inventory management and restock supplies during shifts
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service or customer-facing role
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
- Flexible availability: Saturdays and Sundays (8am-4pm)
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in busy environments
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
