Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cold brew) using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine NOLA hospitality
- Maintain spotless workspace and follow strict hygiene standards
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team during peak evening/weekend rushes
- Upsell pastries and seasonal promotions
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Flexible availability for evenings (4pm-11pm) and weekends
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic cash handling and POS knowledge
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol service (if applicable)
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification
