Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry during evening and weekend shifts
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, knowledgeable approach
- Manage cash operations and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, counters, and equipment
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Adhere to all food safety and operational standards
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to LoDo location
- Must be 18+ to handle evening hours
