Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Provide exceptional customer service and build genuine connections with patrons
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all coffee stations and seating areas
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation
- Strong knowledge of espresso machines and brewing techniques
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced weekend environment
