Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with friendly, knowledgeable service
- Maintain sparkling clean workspace and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Support inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Share coffee knowledge and brewing techniques
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) 8am-4pm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and passion for coffee
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to downtown location
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
