Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations and customer areas
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and passion for coffee craftsmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume weekend environments
- Flexibility to work varied weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (typically 6am-2pm or 12pm-8pm)
