Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate daily sales records
- Support inventory management of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Collaborate with team to create a positive, efficient weekend service flow
- Uphold strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
