Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport merchandise safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Control: Inspect products for damage, verify stock levels, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate and perform routine checks on warehouse machinery.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and understand instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
