Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Materials: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move products to and from trucks and storage areas.
- Inventory Management: accurately count, sort, and organize stock to ensure inventory records match physical stock.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Organization: Keep storage areas clean, orderly, and clearly labeled to facilitate efficient operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic for counting and weighing products.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a full-time schedule, including weekends or overtime as needed.
