Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against invoices.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
