What You'll Do:
- Load, unload, and organize inventory with precision and speed.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for damage and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace at all times.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly valued but not required.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Package and label goods according to company standards.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform daily cycle counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long shifts.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly valued but not required.
