Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming shipments against bills of lading, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision and speed.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Organize and maintain warehouse shelves and storage areas to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
