Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, packages, or other items efficiently within the warehouse.
- Verify and count items received and ensure they match delivery documents or invoices.
- Pack and seal products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and protection.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and correctly.
- Assist in inventory management by performing cycle counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and label verification.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we train).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
