Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport packages and materials safely and efficiently to designated storage areas.
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against orders using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and ensuring proper labeling of stock.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
