Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and pack products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using forklifts (training provided) and pallet jacks.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new warehouse operations.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and inventory checks.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
