Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanning devices with precision.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
