Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Pack, seal, and label products according to safety standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.
- Perform quality control checks on products before they are shipped.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if required for outdoor tasks.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
