Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely and efficiently handle packages and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and night shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; students are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
