Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and document incoming shipments using barcode scanning systems
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse zones following safety protocols
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency for timely dispatch
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to ensure OSHA compliance
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to support accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide full training!
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to our NW Portland facility
