Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and weighing of goods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
