Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning devices efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for order accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
