Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against packing slips.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular stock counts and inventory adjustments as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand work orders and labels.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical labor.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for this position.
