Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within our warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (certification provided upon hiring).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and conveyors, ensuring proper weight distribution and security.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse software).
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
