Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery with proper training and certification
- Load/unload shipments using provided equipment while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely delivery with zero equipment costs to you
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA safety standards
- Perform quality checks on products using provided inspection tools
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods with provided supportive gear
- Willingness to operate company-provided equipment after training
- Pass background check and drug screening
- 1+ year warehouse experience preferred but not required with equipment provided
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
