Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts, organize warehouse aisles, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick orders for shipment and ensure items are packaged securely.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any safety hazards or mechanical issues immediately.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick tickets or packing slips.
- License: Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including overtime if needed.
