Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and package merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move stock efficiently.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling procedures to prevent damage to goods.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Organization: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean and organized to maximize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices (RF guns) is highly desired.
