Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and deadlines.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines strictly.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
