Responsibilities
- Receive and Process Incoming Shipments: Inspect goods for damage and verify accuracy against packing slips.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Ensure all outgoing products meet our high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not strictly required (we train).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to verify data and ensure accuracy in inventory counts.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic calculations for inventory tracking.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
