Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock with precision and care.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move stock.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the storage area organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure product integrity and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we offer training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) are preferred.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to safety.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
