Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and unload incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise for storage or shipment using appropriate materials.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory audits to ensure inventory integrity.
- Update inventory management systems with accurate transaction data.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to perform simple math calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license (if required for delivery duties).
