Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse organization through strategic pallet stacking and slotting
- Prepare outbound orders with precision and efficiency for same-day shipping
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant work areas through daily housekeeping
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment center experience
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with RF scanning devices and inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR for occasional deliveries
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holiday peaks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
