Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Prioritize order picking and packing with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely shipments
- Conduct quality control checks on inbound/outbound products
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with forklift certification
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
