Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to quality standards and deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA guidelines
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after proper certification
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to our San Jose facility
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
