Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory throughout the facility
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain product integrity
- Maintain organized storage areas and adhere to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency and meet daily targets
- Complete necessary documentation for inventory tracking and compliance reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
