Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using our digital inventory system
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment in our climate-controlled facility
- Maintain organized and efficient storage areas through systematic inventory management
- Collaborate with remote logistics teams via digital communication platforms
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with digital inventory management systems (WMS experience a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills for remote collaboration tools
