Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99% accuracyOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with problem-solving abilities
- Background check and drug screen required
