Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials within the facility
- Load/unload trucks with proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
