Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and warehouse management software
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation methods
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Conduct quality control checks on products and packaging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/forklift experience with valid certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA Forklift Operator certification required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
