Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments before store opening
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using mobile inventory apps
- Coordinate with remote team leads via digital communication platforms
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Submit daily progress reports through our remote portal system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 4+ hours
- Reliable transportation to Raleigh distribution center
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong time management and self-motivation skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
