Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse environment adheres to all OSHA safety and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Unload delivery trucks and organize stock in designated areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
